From construct design to structural characterization, Echo Life Sciences delivers end-to-end scientific expertise for recombinant protein projects in pharma, biotech, and academic research.
What we do
We support your project from initial literature review to purified, characterized protein — including high-resolution structural data when your work demands it.
Strategy, design, and analysis for your protein project — from first concept to regulatory or publication-ready output.
Full molecular and biochemical services, from gene to purified, characterized protein.
High-resolution structure determination by X-ray crystallography and cryo-EM, from sample prep to deposited coordinates.
How we work
Each engagement follows a defined sequence of scientific milestones, with clear deliverables at every stage.
01
Literature & Target Review
Systematic mapping of the scientific landscape around your target protein.
02
Structural Analysis
3D structural data, homology models, and binding-site characterization.
03
Construct Design
Codon-optimized sequences, fusion tags, and expression vector selection.
04
Expression & Purification
Rapid parallel screening followed by scale-up and downstream processing.
05
Characterization
Biophysical and biochemical assays validating function, stability, and binding.
06
Delivery
Purified protein, structural data, or regulatory dossier — ready for your next stage.
Open-access tools
Free, browser-based tools for primer design. No login, no data upload — all computation runs locally in your browser.
Tool 01
Design homology-arm primers for seamless multi-fragment assembly. Supports multiple inserts, circular and linear vectors.
Primer designTool 02
Identify unique-cutter sites in your vector, design directional cloning primers with enzyme sites and 5' clamps, and check for internal sites in the insert.
Primer designTool 03
Translate your sequence, pick a residue, select the target amino acid, and get inverse-PCR primers with the optimal E. coli codon.
MutagenesisThe team
Every project is designed and executed by the same senior scientists you speak with. No hand-offs, no black boxes.
